All content generated by FORGE ROI — including ARV estimates, renovation cost projections, rental income figures, negotiation targets, strategy scores, and AI chat responses — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
Real estate investment involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Forge Investment Tech LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any analysis output for a particular purpose. You should independently verify all figures and consult licensed real estate professionals, attorneys, and CPAs before making any investment decision.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use FORGE ROI. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
FORGE ROI Partners (contractors, agents, lenders, and title companies) are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Forge Investment Tech LLC. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by FORGE ROI Partners. Any agreements made between users and FORGE ROI Partners are solely between those parties.
Partner listings are subject to approval and may be removed at our discretion. Submitting a partner application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

All content, features, and functionality of FORGE ROI — including the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI model configurations — are the exclusive property of Forge Investment Tech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names.
Deal analyses and reports you generate using FORGE ROI are your own — we do not claim ownership of your data.
FORGE ROI sources market data from Redfin, RentCast, U.S. Census Bureau APIs, FEMA, and other public and licensed sources. This data is provided "as is." Forge Investment Tech LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.
THE FORGE ROI PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORGE INVESTMENT TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. Because the Investor Hub is free, our total liability to Investor account holders for any such claim is $0. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forge Investment Tech LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of FORGE ROI, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and performed therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use FORGE ROI immediately ceases.
