A core feature of FORGE ROI connects investors with independent professionals in our Partner network — realtors, contractors, lenders, and property managers. When you request comparable sales, a renovation estimate, a loan pre-approval, or property management services through the app, we share the relevant property address, your name and contact information, and the deal details necessary to fulfill that specific request (for example: estimated value, financing needs, or project scope) with the FORGE ROI Partner you selected, or with the Partner the platform matched you to for that territory.
This is not a data sale — it is the person-to-person connection you initiated by requesting the service. Partners are independent businesses (see our Terms of Service) and are expected to use this information only to respond to your request. If you'd prefer not to share this information with a Partner, simply don't submit that request.

We share only the minimum data necessary with each service to operate the corresponding feature.
FORGE ROI uses browser localStorage to store your deals, settings, and preferences locally on your device. This data does not leave your browser unless you are logged in, in which case it is synced to your Supabase account.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated bots.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account is paused and data is retained for 90 days before deletion. Saved deals in local storage remain on your device until you clear them.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest via Supabase) to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. We conduct periodic security reviews of our platform and third-party integrations.
